application at www.hesc.gov.
(Students not in receipt of financial aid but otherwise eligible may join ASAP but may not receive a tuition waiver.)

Be fully skills proficient or have no more than two outstanding developmental course needs in reading, writing, and math based on CUNY Assessment Test Scores. Students with two developmental course needs must
enroll in the CUNY Summer Immersion program. Their ASAP application will be considered conditional until they successfully
resolve one of the two developmental courses. Students with one developmental need are strongly encouraged to enroll in
Summer Immersion as well. Developmental students must commit to complete any developmental needs in reading, writing, or math within the first year of being in ASAP.
