Going Green

In an effort to go Green and Save our Trees, we are implementing Duplex printing in the computer labs.

If on the other hand, you have a valid reason why your document must be printed without duplexing, please speak with the computer lab supervisor.

One-hour limit on all computers if there is a waiting line.

A validated CUNY student ID card or bursar's receipt is required before using a computer.

Weekend Schedule (Saturday/Sunday) for the Academic Computing labs is as follows:

  • Beginning Saturday, October 18th, 2014, the Saturday schedule for most of the Academic Computing labs will be 9 am - 5 pm.
  • Beginning Sunday, October 19th, 2014, , the following computer labs will be opened Sundays from 9 am – 5 pm:
    • Loew Hall 320
    • Meister Hall G16/G17
    • Meister Hall 224/225

The first Academic Computing lounge (funded by Student Technology Fee) opened for service on March 20, 2008. The lounge is equipped with 13 iMacs running both the Mac OS X & Windows operating systems. Seating is available for 12 - 15 users with laptops. Wireless connectivity is available.

The second Academic Computing Lounge (funded by Student Technology Fee) opened on January 26th, 2009. The lounge is equipped with 17 iMacs running both the Mac OS X & Windows operating systems. Seating is available for 12 - 15 users with laptops. Wireless connectivity is available.

The Third Academic Computing Lounge (funded by Student Technology Fee) opened on March 3rd, 2011. The lounge is equipped with 25 iMacs running both the Mac OS X & Windows operating systems. Seating is available for 12 - 15 users with laptops. Wireless connectivity is available.
