Title: TITLE IX TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES: WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

The Department of Education’s Title IX regulations have always required that institutions designate someone on campus to coordinate Title IX compliance. The April 4, 2011, Dear Colleague Letter (“DCL”) formalizes the Title IX Coordinator’s role, and confirms its importance to the entire campus community.  In response to this action, the College has created a Title IX team to address and educate the campus community on the procedures, policies, and resources in addressing campus matters related to sexual harassment, sexual assault and/or violence.

This session is designed specifically to address the role and responsibilities of the College with Title IX compliance, and to learn about the key responsibilities of the Title IX Team,
