To qualify for BCC Emergency Relief Fund assistance, please:

1. Download and print:

2. Employee form
2. Complete the form
3. Return completed and signed form with all required documentation to Offices of Student Development or Human Resources.

Applications are reviewed and you will receive information regarding your application's status by phone.
