In order to add, modify or delete security roles for Faculty and qualifying Staff a Campus Solutions Security Access form Acrobat Reader is required to view this document. needs to be filled out. This form needs to meet the proper guidelines and contain proper approvals.

Please follow the below workflow to complete the Campus Solutions Security Access form Acrobat Reader is required to view this document. and bring it to the Technology Service Center located in Roscoe Brown, Room 308.

Step 1

  • Make sure you fill out all the required areas. Please type N/A if not attending any college where asked to “specify college”.
  • Please choose “Add” to add access, “Revise Existing Access” to modify, or “Delete Access” to delete security roles.
  • Please check desired roles.

Step 2

Please have the form signed by your Department Chair or Department Head.

Step 3

  • Head of the Registrar’s Office (for Student Records)
  • The Head of Financial Aid (for Financial Aid)
  • or For the Head of Bursars (for Student Financials).
