On-Campus Recruitment
Recruiting on campus offers the most effective way to meet and screen several students in a few hours. The most talented students tend to seek out those companies who have established a presence on campus. To ensure the widest exposure possible we will promote your organization and advertise your job or internship opportunities prior to your visit. We offer several ways to recruit on campus.
Information/Recruitment Table
Information/Recruitment Table is an informal way to meet students. Tables are usually set up in the lobby of Colston Hall that is in a high traffic area. Bring your table banner, company literature, job descriptions, employment applications etc. For companies with multiple openings or positions not requiring a specific major, this method offers the widest reach.
On-Campus Interviews
Interview students one-on-one in our private multi-purpose room. We will pre-screen candidates based on your requirements and do all the scheduling leaving you free to concentrate on interviewing. This works best for jobs with specific requirements or for recruiters who prefer a more structured environment.
Career & Internship Fairs
Employers are able to meet, interview, and provide students with information about careers, internships and employment opportunities at these events.
