- Kindly place your order for cap, gown and hood with Mr. Paul Reilly at HERFF JONES.
- Submit your order form with a check made payable to: HERFF JONES. Kindly mail your order form and check to the mailing address listed above.
- Please complete your order prior to the deadline of April 22, 2009. Orders received after this date will include a late fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for postage and handling costs.
- You may pick up your cap, gown and hood on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and on Commencement day, Friday, May 29, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Pick-ups on each day will be located in the Roscoe Brown Student Center rooms 308. Please note that there will be no other opportunities for pick-up.

On Commencement day, Friday, May 29, 2009 the College’s Main Gate (on Hall of Fame Terrace) will be CLOSED to all vehicular traffic due to construction. However, the Osborne Place Gate will be open.
We strongly urge everyone to arrive at the College as early as possible on graduation day. Parking is expected to be even more challenging than usual, and some campus access roads may be temporarily blocked. Thank you for your cooperation and support on this very special day.
Please note that this information is subject to change due to campus construction. Please consult the Department of Public Safety and the BCC Website for the most updated information related to campus parking on Commencement day.
