Office of Grants and Contracts |
About Us
The Grants Office is the focal point at Bronx Community College for information relating to grants and contracts for project support. The Grants Officer reports to the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement and serves as the campus representative to its fiscal agent for grant and contract awards, the Research Foundation of the City University of New York. The office's main functions involve the review, institutional approval, and submission of proposals to government and private agencies, the interpretation of Research Foundation policies, the review of all grant-funded personnel appointments, and the dissemination of information on grant opportunities. The Grants Office also works closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) and Project Directors on any post award needs such as budget modifications, no cost extensions, personnel issues, etc.
