The mission of the Office of Information Technology (IT) is to provide secure, reliable, and appropriate systems, equipment, infrastructure, services, user support and training for the college community that fosters optimal information and data stewardship and security.

The Office of Information Technology (IT) has operational, strategic and fiscal responsibility for the innovation, implementation and advancement of technology at the College.

IT services include, but are not limited to Project Management, Instructional Technology, Service Desk, Networking & Telecommunication, Campus Service Delivery, System Administration, Information Services and Information Security.

 

The Instructional Technology staff welcomes all students, faculty and staff to make maximum use of our facilities. Instructional Technology consists of 10 computer labs located throughout campus. Click here for a full list of computing labs.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a required set of policies and procedures for optimizing the security of credit card transactions. BCC is committed to safeguarding personal and account information transmitted or stored during the processing of payment card payments. The Student Technology Fee (STF) Advisory Committee was established in 2002 to develop the College’s plans for use of the revenues from the new student technology fee adopted by the University Board of Trustees. Find out more about STF here.
