How do I get access to SIMS/BASIS?

In a PC environment, Hummingbird Host explorer is necessary software to get access to Sims. Once Hummingbird is installed, a Sims profile will be created and an icon placed on the desktop. In a Mac environment, TN 3270 is used to provide 3270 emulation required to retrieve Sims.
