Voice Mail

  • How can I get voice mail?
  1. The last page of the BCC Telephone Directory is a copy of an Information Technology Work Request Form.
  2. Fill out this form, requesting to add voice mail to your extension. Please be sure to specify the extension.
  3. Fax this form to extension 6331
  • How do I change my voice mail password?
  1. Dial 6480 to enter your voice mailbox.
  2. At the main menu, choose option 4 to enter "your personal options"
  3. At the Personal Options menu, choose option 9
  4. This is the option for changing your password, follow the instructions provided.
  • How do I get my voice mail from someone else's phone?
  1. Call extension 6480
  2. When voice mail answers, press(0)and (#)
  3. Enter your mailbox number followed by your password
  • How do I report a problem with my voice mail?
  1. The last page of the BCC Telephone Directory is a copy of an Information Technology Work Request Form.
