Mental Health Screenings
Online Mental Health Screenings
Bronx Community College students are welcome to benefitfrom the Psychological Services online screening for depression, anxiety, alcohol, and eating disorders. This free, anonymous screening is available to all students, to identify–in just a few minutes–whether or not professional consultation might be helpful. Psychological Services offers professional consultations, brief individual counseling, and referral to community mental health settings for longer-term counseling and psychotherapy.
For an online mental health screening, please go to Bronx Community College Online Screening Program.
After completing the screening, check the tab for Learning Resources, which provides many helpful resources, including videos, health care resources, and related articles. The videos address many topics, through interviews and acted scenarios, to reassure viewers that no one is alone and that there is help for everyone. For more facts about mental health topics, the section on related articles provides downloadable documents with important data and statistics. Go ahead and start browsing! Or take an anonymous mental health self-assessment by clicking on Getting Started.
