Independent Studies

The records of the Independent Study programs are kept by the OAA. As the name suggests, students can earn credit by participating in a designed project. Independent Studies may be taken by students who wish to design a project of their own, either in their own discipline or on an interdisciplinary basis. Students eligible to participate must have passed Fundamentals of English Composition I (ENG 11), completed 30 degree credits, and have a minimum 2.0 Grade Point Average (GPA).
