The Geospatial Computing Center is a State‐Of‐The‐Art facility at the Geospatial Computing Center in 330, Meister Hall. It is a facility under the BCC Geospatial Center of the CUNY CREST Institute (www.bcc.cuny.edu/geospatial/). The Geospatial Computing Center provides a one-stop computing environment for analyzing geographic and time series of multispectral and imaging spectrometry airborne and space borne datasets. It offers the latest toolsets (per-pixel and object based) for classification, automated feature extraction and modeling of geospatial data. The center welcomes all students, faculty and collaborators who wish to use the geospatial computing center. The geospatial computing center stores highly sensitive databases and specialized industry standard software and hardware and must not be scheduled as a classroom.
