CUNYfirst now available: PeopleSoft system upgrade completed

The CUNYfirst System is now available.
Note that some users may need to clear their Internet browser cache if the CUNYfirst pages don’t display correctly. Internet Explorer users may also need to select “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” in the Compatibility View Settings window (Tools > Compatibility View settings).
The PeopleTools 8.54 upgrade for the CUNYfirst Reporting Instances finishes at 5 pm on Wednesday, May 25. The Reporting Instances will not be available until then.

CUNYfirst will be implementing a PeopleTools 8.54 system upgrade that results in CUNYfirst being unavailable as follows:
Unavailable start time: 5 pm on Friday, May 13, 2016
Unavailable end time: 8 am on Tuesday, May 17, 2016
During the time CUNYfirst is unavailable:
• The CUNYfirst Reporting Instances will not be available
• The nightly MyInfo and Reporting data refresh will not take place
CUNYfirst May Close: CUNYfirst unavailable starting 9 PM on Tue, May 31

The CUNYfirst month-end financial closing activities for May will take place from 9 pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 to 1 am on Wednesday, June 1, 2016.
During this time the CUNYfirst Human Capital (HCM) and Campus Solutions (CS) functions will not be available.

CUNYfirst – which stands for Fully Integrated Resources and Services Tool – is a suite of software that has replaced many of our aging computer systems in the areas of Student Administration, Finance and Human Resources. What areas have acquired new systems?
