John Frias serves as the Ascend New York City Program Manager in the BOC Minority Business Program. Prior to joining BOC Network in March of 2020, Frias worked at a for-profit education firm, specifically in Management and Ed tech, for over 10 years in South Korea. In addition, Frias has worked on Entrepreneurship Training and Business Development in the Bronx for 3 years. Considering himself a connector, Frias enjoys bridging people, ideas, and cultures. A Dominican-American, he speaks Spanish, English, and Korean.

Don Dinero is known as the first major American-born, Spanish-rapping hip-hop artist to make the major-label jump and find widespread commercial acceptance. he was an American who rapped in en español for Spanish-speaking Americans, which set him apart from his predecessors and made him a unique presence in the hip-hop world. Born Jose Manuel Guitian in the rough Washington Heights section of Manhattan, Dinero found much inspiration amid New York’s thriving hip-hop scene. In 2002 he and his older brother, Oscar Guitian, started their own label. Currently, Don Dinero is the Latin President of ADDVENTURES MUSIC and continues to Educate & Empower Independent artists to own operate & Monetize their music.
