Spring 2025 Bronco Food Pantry

Mar 19 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

If you, or a CUNY student you know, are having difficulties accessing nutritional food to eat or even making ends meet, CARES has a non-perishable food pantry that was created to aid CUNY students in need of food. There are no income requirements to receive nutritious healthy food–all our services are FREE!

As a currently enrolled CUNY student all you need to do to request pantry services is schedule an appointment by 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the next pantry date.  Note: If you are having difficulty scheduling an appointment please do not hesitate to contact BCC.ARC@bcc.cuny.edu. The Bronco Food Pantry is located in Loew Hall, Room 120.

Please follow the instructions below to schedule your appointment, it is easy:

Step 1:

Click to fill out the ARC INTAKE FORM by clicking the link or using the blue QR code to the left.  Here is where students who are new to our pantry can register themselves for food pantry services. We have many other non-academic need-based services that you can also apply for there also so please take advantage of all the services we have to offer.

Step 2:

Now you are ready to schedule your appointment just text “BRONCO” to PANTRY (726-879) from any phone or use the black QR code to the left and scan to gain access to the Plentiful App that will allow you to schedule your appointment day and time.

Note:  Walk-ins are based on availability.  If you need food assistance prior to the next food pantry distribution, please contact BCC.ARC@bcc.cuny.edu for an emergency pantry distribution and find out more information about available food pantries in your neighborhood.

Please be reminded of the following:

  • Bronco Food Pantry distributions are conducted by appointment as a way to better serve you.
  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Walk in appointments are based on availability.
  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for time to gain access to the campus by Public Safety screening.

To make sure you are able to get all the food that is being offered during distribution, students need to bring their own reusable shopping bags–shopping or rolling carts are highly recommended.
