The Help Desk was established to respond to problems dealing with computer hardware and software, network services, telephone services, OSSES, and other information technology issues.
The BCC Help Desk is the single point of contact for BCC students, faculty, and staff. We provide support for questions and problems relating to:
- General information about Information Technology services Initiation of work orders
- Preliminary problem determination and problem solution
- Telephone and voice mail
- CUNY Portal
- Wireless, CUNYfirst, OSSES, Blackboard
- College-owned laptop repairs
We are located in Colston Hall, room 806. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. We can be reached at:

Work orders can be submitted electronically by visiting the following link: https://RA.bcc.cuny.edu/TrackItWeb/SelfService/Login. Please provide as much information as possible regarding the problem you are experiencing. If you are unable to submit an electronic work order, please fax a copy of the work order.
