CUNYfirst Procurement Module Update: Financial Supply Chain functions unavailable starting at 7 pm on Fri, October 2

The CUNYfirst Financial Supply Chain functions will be unavailable from October 2-5 so that the CUNYfirst Procurement module can be updated to meet the new EE1 requirements of the NYS State Financial System (SFS).
The start and end times for Financial Supply Chain unavailability follow: Unavailable start time: 7pm on Friday, October 2, 2015 Unavailable end time: 8am on Monday, October 5, 2015
All other CUNYfirst Campus Solutions (CS), Human Resources and Recruiting (HR) functions will remain available during this update.
CUNYfirst October Close: CUNYfirst unavailable starting at 9 PM on Fri, October 30

The CUNYfirst month-end financial closing activities for October will take place from 9 pm on Friday, October 30, 2015 to 1 am on Saturday, October 31, 2015.
During this time the CUNYfirst Human Capital (HCM) and Campus Solutions (CS) functions will not be available.
CUNYfirst October Maintenance: CUNYfirst unavailable starting 7 PM on Sat, October 17

The CUNYfirst hosting partner has scheduled its monthly system maintenance the weekend of October 17, 2015. CUNYfirst will be unavailable for up to 24 hours.
Maintenance Start: 7 pm ET on Saturday, October 17
Maintenance End: 7 pm ET on Sunday, October 18

What areas have acquired new systems?
