The Kaplan Leadership Program, part of the Kaplan Educational Foundation, began in 2006. The Foundation works with high-potential associate's degree students who have a financial need; it provides them with resources and support to help them raise their expectations, expand their personal goals, and eventually attain leadership roles in their professions and communities.

In addition to academic scholarships, we provide funding to assist with living expenses and other help in addressing many of the barriers students face. Through individualized academic advising, transfer counseling, college tours, summer study opportunities, and mentoring from corporate leaders, Leadership Program students are provided with the targeted help and resources needed to remove obstacles on the road to complete a four-year program and career success.

Whether you need relief from working full time so that you can study full time, or support determining the most efficient path to reach your academic professional goals, or help figuring out what bachelor's programs best suit you, we're here to help you reach your dreams.

All applicants to the Kaplan Leadership Program must meet the following qualifications for consideration:

  • Enrollment in an accredited associate's degree program in the New York City area
