The Office of Institutional Research, Planning & Assessment collects, analyzes and disseminates historical, comparative and point-in-time data for purposes of continuous improvement and accountability reporting. We strive to provide information in a timely, understandable and user-friendly format for a variety of audiences.
Performance Management Process (PMP)
The PMP is a list of goals, indicators and outcomes pertaining to academic quality, student success and financial management.
Each year, CUNY’s Chancellor states the University’s performance goals for the upcoming academic year, guided by the University’s Master Plan. CUNY presidents and professional school deans, working with their executive teams and college communities, establish performance targets for their institution for the coming year reflecting plans for existing or new initiatives.
