Mission:

The of Customer Solutions and Retention Services (CSRS) supports the academic and non- academic student experience by providing timely solutions and quality services to the entire college community. We are committed to fostering a strong student engagement environment by ensuring the proper guidance and non-academic resources from admission to graduation at Bronx Community College.

Goal:

The Office of Customer Solutions and Retention Services aims to serve Bronx Community College by re-educating, retaining and restoring confidence within the community on the services we provide and the resources that we offer.
