Job Fairs

On-Campus Recruitment and Job Fairs

Career Development sponsors a wide variety of events to aid students in their search for jobs and internships that support their educational and career goals. In addition to in-person events, we also host virtual job fairs in the form of industry-based information sessions for students to talk directly with prospective employers about internships, part and full-time positions in the NYC area.

Whether a job fair is virtual or in person, students should dress in business attire and have worked with their career specialist to create a resume to present to employers.  Job fair announcements are broadcasted through E-mail, social media and campus-wide communication platforms. Students should regularly check the Office of Career Development’s calendar, Linktree and Instagram pages for upcoming events, announcements and updates.

Resume Clinics

Grow with Google and Resume Clinic

Career Development hosts resume clinics for students looking to refine their resumes for their job or internship search. These clinics often include the option of doing a “Grow with Google” online lesson, upon completion of which students will be given a gift card.

These workshops are held during club hours from 12pm-2pm, when no classes are scheduled. The resume clinic is recommended only for students who have an existing resume they can bring in some form to work on. If students are looking for help to write their resume for the first time, they should reach out to the office to schedule an appointment with their counselor.

Resume clinic announcements are broadcasted through E-mail, social media and campus-wide communication platforms. Students should regularly check the Office of Career Development’s, Calendar, Linktree and Instagram pages for upcoming events, announcements and updates.
