DESCRIPTION:The 2027 graduating class consists of students whose degrees are awarded from September 2026 through June 2027.\nInstructions on Applying for Graduation\nFor an official review of your academic record\, apply for graduation online using CUNYfirst. \nLog in to CUNYfirst: Student Center > Graduation > Apply for Graduation \n\nClick Program: Undergraduate\nSelect the Expected Graduation Term from the drop-down\nClick the Continue button\nSubmit Application\nStudents may use the Student Center to track the progress of their graduation application.\n\nPlease review your full name\, home address\, telephone numbers and email accounts in CUNYfirst to ensure all of your contact information is current. \nNote: There is a difference between graduation and commencement. Graduation is the awarding of degrees\, which occurs four times during the academic year.  Commencement is the ceremony celebrating the conferral of degrees\, which occurs only once during the academic year. Students must apply for graduation by the deadline published in the Academic Calendar. \nDegrees are awarded four times a year: \n\nJanuary (for students finishing requirements in the Fall semester)\nFebruary (for students finishing requirements in the Winter session)\nJune (for students finishing requirements in the Spring semester)\nSeptember (for students finishing requirements in the Summer session)

Students may use Schedule Builder to drop classes from their schedule. \n\nEnter https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu in your browser’s address bar.\nEnter your Username and Password and click the Go icon.\nFrom the CUNYfirst Menu\, select the Student Center link.\nClick the Course Planning and Enrollment link.\nClick the “Drop Classes” link.\nTo drop a course\, select the Trash Can icon next to the class that you want to drop.\nClick on “Get This Schedule” and then select “Do Actions”.\nIf the class is successfully dropped\, it will be stated in the “Result” field.
