Radiologic Technology Graduates Celebrated at 2026 Pinning Ceremony

The ceremony honored graduates for completing two years of rigorous academic and clinical training while reaffirming their commitment to compassionate patient care and professionalism. Students received their program pins – symbols of their readiness to enter hospitals and imaging facilities as radiologic technologists.
This year marked BCC’s second annual in-person pinning ceremony. The event was also livestreamed on YouTube through the Rad Tech Club so supporters unable to attend in person could share in the occasion.
“You wear this pin today because you earned it through the three C’s – Confidence, Competence, and Consistency. These qualities have become the pillars of your growth and transformation into a Radiologic Technologist,” said Program Director Manish K. Sharma.
Students also spoke about the personal impact the program has had and the meaning of the ceremony.
“This program has made me a stronger person, both mentally and physically,” said one graduate. “I move on from this program knowing I can do anything I set my mind to.”
Another student shared, “This program taught me a lot about discipline and determination. I really loved how the pinning ceremony was organized this year at school instead of at clinical sites. It made the experience feel even more special because we could all be together as a class.”
BCC’s Radiologic Technology Program continues to prepare highly skilled healthcare professionals, with graduates frequently achieving 100% job placement within six months of completing the program.
