BCC Blackstone LaunchPad Ideas Competition
The BCC Blackstone LaunchPad strives to make innovation and entrepreneurship accessible and relevant to all students. The goal is to help them build thriving companies and careers regardless of their major.

Do you have an idea for a business hidden somewhere in your notes app?
The Ideas Competition is a network-wide competition that is specially designed for students with no prior entrepreneurial experience. All a student needs is an idea, no matter how small to enter. Find the idea hidden in your notes app!
There are four tracks to apply to:
- Social & Climate Impact
- Health & Life Sciences
- Consumer Products & Services
- General
A winner from each track will receive $1,000. and will go on to the next round with an opportunity to compete for a $10,000 grand prize in each track.
To be eligible for the Ideas Competition applicants must be a current student in the earliest stages of their entrepreneurship journey. This can be an idea on paper to a product prototype/service pilot.
Applicants must be the founder or co-founder (i.e., the person with the original idea) and may apply individually or in teams of two.
This is an opportunity for any BCC student to begin the journey to becoming an entrepreneur. All applications must be received by October 18, 2022.
