Bronx Community College, along with Lehman College and Hostos Community College, is sponsoring a CUNY Bronx Colleges Borough President Forum that will take place on Zoom on April 19 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. This will be a major opportunity to hear candidates for the office of borough president, including Council Members Fernando Cabrera and Vanessa Gibson, Assemblymember Nathalia Fernandez, State Senator Luis Sepulveda and retired NYPD Lt. Samuel Ravelo. Students from colleges in the Bronx will ask questions on video. The moderator for the evening will be Daren Jaime, host of the BronxNet interview program OPEN.

Other sponsors of the evening are the New York Public Interest Research Group, the Bronx Chamber of Commerce, the Bronx County Democratic Party, NYC Votes, the League of Women Voters of New York City, the New York League of Conservation Voters, BronxNet, Citizens Union and Dominicanos USA.
