Sara Brady (she/her) is Chair of the Department of Communication Arts & Sciences at Bronx Community College and Managing Editor of TDR: the journal of performance studies published by Cambridge University Press. Research interests include performance of politics, war and theatre, applied performance, Irish studies, media studies, and political theatre and performance. Her book Performance, Politics, and the War on Terror: "Whatever It Takes" was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2012. Recent publications include Spy House: Transformations in Espionage Performance in Performance Research (2022) and Performance in a Militarized Culture coedited with Lindsey Mantoan (Routledge, 2018).
