Dr. Moghaddasi is a professor and chairperson of Engineering, Physics and Technology Department at Bronx Community College/CUNY. His field of expertise is Laser and optical properties of laser dyes, LIDAR Systems, Fiber Optic Amplifier, Optical Transmitters and Receivers. He has several publications in this field and worked as a consultant for Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance center for many years over the summer and participated in a collaborative NASA grant for five consecutive years with several CUNY colleges.
