Cesar Rivera was born and raised in the Bronx. He is a Senior College Laboratory Technician (Senior CLT), and a graduate of Bronx Community College, where he earned a degree in Advertising Art and Computer Graphics. After BCC, he continued his education at New York City College of Technology, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Communication Design. As a Senior CLT, he works for the Art and Music Department installing software and hardware for computer labs and faculty offices. 

He is responsible for supervising the department’s College Assistants and Tutors and is always available to help with technical support. Since 2001, Cesar has not only assisted the department’s faculty and staff but has also been dedicated to helping BCC students develop their technical skills so that they can graduate, move on to senior colleges, and/or enter the workforce. During the semester, he works closely with BCC’s Information Technology Department to set up computer laboratories and implement various initiatives for the Art and Music Department. His office is on the third floor of Bliss Hall in the Tutorial Computer Graphics Laboratory.
