Tuesday, November 29 is Giving Tuesday where we join together in supporting our students.

The challenges of COVID-19 and increased inflation for basic necessities such as food and gas have had an adverse impact on our students. The average household income for our students is less than $15,000 per year.

Despite being financially challenged, our students are determined, ambitious and passionate about completing their education.

BCC is asking for help through donations to the College’s Foundation to address pressing needs for scholarships, textbooks and transportation support along with funding for food and housing.

Giving Tuesday is the perfect opportunity for our community of faculty, staff, retirees, alumni and friends to provide funding to help our students reach their goals. Please help BCC students who have made higher education a priority despite financial challenges.
