Bronx Community College of the City University of New York (BCC CUNY) is committed to the ongoing protection of confidential financial information. The Federal Trade Commission has issued the Safeguards Rule under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB) Act, requiring BCC CUNY to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive information security program to ensure the privacy of certain categories of confidential financial information.
