The 16th annual CUNY Women’s Leadership Conference will be held virtually via Zoom on Friday, October 30, 2020. Once again, it will be sponsored by the Council of Presidents’ Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee.

This will be the first Conference that is open to the entire CUNY community. Its goal is to inspire women students and allies to further develop their skills and realize their potential as leaders. This year the theme is “Women Leading in the World of Business.” The half-day program will include speakers and panels, presentations by legislators and participation by representatives of prominent women’s organizations. The Keynote Address will be given by Vikki L. Pryor, a Bronx Community College graduate and former President and CEO of SBLI USA Life Insurance Company, the first Black woman to hold the top leadership role in a major company in that industry. Currently, she is Managing Principal and Founder of Change Create Transform, a community of individuals and institutions embracing change and achieving exceptional results by unleashing and nurturing human potential through creativity, change and transformation.
