BCC’s innovative academic programs include our Automotive, Nuclear Medicine, Allied Health Sciences, Cybersecurity, Business and Media and Digital Film Production programs to name a few. When our students graduate with degrees in these areas, they often move on to high-paying careers or transfer to four-year colleges.

Our diverse student body is one of our strongest assets. The benefits that come from attending a multicultural college that serves such a range of learners are extraordinary. Through the exchange of varying ideas and experiences, all with an underlying bent on social responsibility, BCC is a vibrant melting pot of perspectives within a personal and welcoming climate. I myself in fact was a first-generation college student. At BCC, 63% of our students are the first in their family to go to college, and based on data reported over the past four years, BCC students’ families have ancestry from 127 different countries.

Among our extensive support services on campus are a food pantry, a childcare center (now accepting toddlers and infants as young as six weeks) and a Career Gear Boutique that provides free professional attire for job interviews and workshops. Additionally, we offer tutoring and counseling services and can connect you with outside services as needed to help you reach your goals and graduate. I urge you to take advantage of all that BCC has to offer.
