Dr. Raymond Galinski serves as the Dean for Institutional Effectiveness at BCC, where he oversees institutional research, assessment, planning, and accreditation. He also serves as the college’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) Coordinator. Prior to joining BCC in 2002, Dr. Galinski was the Assistant Provost at Adelphi University. With over 25 years of experience in higher education as both an administrator and adjunct professor, he is deeply committed to leveraging data to enhance accessibility and support informed decision-making.

Dr. Galinski earned his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the CUNY Graduate Center. He also holds and MPA in Public Administration and BS in Political Science, both from Pace University.
