The Track and Field Club aims to foster the values of discipline, teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth through athletic endeavor. The purpose of the club is to provide students with opportunities for physical fitness, competition, and the development of leadership abilities and time management skills. Participating in track and field offers numerous health benefits, including, but not limited to, improved cardiovascular health, increased physical fitness, weight management, stress relief, better mental health, enhanced cognitive function, emotional well-being, enhanced coordination and balance, and social interaction.
