Feminist Art: La Borinqueña, celebrates the groundbreaking Afro-Puerto Rican female superhero created by Edgardo Miranda-Rodriguez. As part of the DC comic universe, La Borinqueña stands as a powerful symbol of representation, culture, and activism.
Edgardo’s work has been featured worldwide and includes a vibrant mural in the South Bronx honoring local artists and cultural icons. Through his foundation, he has supported grassroots organizations in Puerto Rico addressing critical issues on the island.
