CAP, GOWN & HOOD ORDERING: (Students)

We are proud that this year all of the regalia worn by BCC graduates at Commencement will be environmentally friendly. All graduates will be wearing eco-friendly GreenWeaver® regalia. This line of graduation wear is made of fabric spun from molten plastic pellets produced from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, with an average of 23 bottles used to make each gown!

Cap, gown & hood must be purchased online with this link:bcc.shopoakhalli.com. Last day to order will be April 19, 2019.

The cap, gown & hood you purchased online, will be distributed at the college during the Graduation Fair on May 28, 2019 from 10am-6pm.

TICKETS:

All tickets for commencement will be distributed electronically. No hard copies of tickets for commencement are available. All tickets are free.

Graduates do not need a ticket to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. However, graduates claim tickets for their guests.

Guests planning to attend Commencement must have a ticket, including children. Only children under the age of two (2), who will remain on an adult’s lap, will not need a ticket.

Graduates will receive two (2) e-tickets for their guests for the Ohio Field. Additionally, two (2) e-tickets will be available for graduate guests to view a live stream of the ceremony from one of several climate controlled overflow locations on campus.

We are happy to share that your loved ones can watch the ceremony in the comfort of their home via live stream through the BCC Commencement webpage.

BCC will have an exciting way for you to receive your commencement tickets. These e-tickets can be printed, emailed or saved on your electronic device. Just have your guest bring their e-tickets to the ceremony for entry.

E-tickets will become available in May 2019 for Commencement 2019.

Please Note: The unique barcode on each ticket allows only one entry to the event. Distributing copies of e-tickets is prohibited. The first copy of an e-ticket (if there are multiple copies made) to arrive at the event will gain entry after scanning and validation. Other copies of the ticket will be denied entry.

NOTE: Due to the large number of graduates, we will not be able to accommodate extra tickets.
