What is the Integrated Communication Center?

The Integrated Communication Center (ICC) at Bronx Community College serves as a centralized call center designed to provide timely, accurate, and consistent information to students and the campus community. The ICC supports a wide range of inquiries, including admissions, registration, financial aid, and general student services, ensuring that individuals are efficiently connected to the resources and support they need.

Any campus office or department can request outreach, and our team will complete those calls using the exact message provided. We ensure clear, personalized communication and collect valuable feedback to support the college’s ongoing engagement efforts. Through a customer-focused approach, the ICC enhances communication, improves the student experience, and helps streamline access to essential college services.

Work History

As of April 4, 2026, ICC has made approximately 16,448 calls to our students and prospective students to prove information pertaining to:

• Welcome students for the semester and inquire if any assistance is needed
• Availability of advisement period for Summer and Fall 2026 semesters
• Inform students of the availability of tutoring services available via Learning Commons
• Inform students of their admission into BCC and to provide some guidance about the next steps.
• Reached out to readmitted to students to encourage them to complete the advisement and registration process
