How Students Can Submit a Concern:

  • Arrange an appointment with the Director of Disability Services Office to discuss the situation by contacting the office located in Loew Hall 211, by phone (718) 289-5874 or email at Disabilityservices@bcc.cuny.edu.
  • Visit the Disability Services website and select How to resolve a conflict for further information.

An Ombudsman provides a safe and comfortable environment for students to discuss complaints, concerns or problems privately.

How Students Can Submit a Concern:

Students may contact the Ombudsman Office directly to discuss concerns, questions, or issues they may be experiencing.

Concerns may be submitted in the following ways:

  • Through referrals from administrators, faculty, staff members, or fellow students
