Transfer Student Defined: You have attended a college, university and/or proprietary school since graduating from high school. This applies if you are a student still in your first year, if you will not transfer credits, and if your previous institution was located outside of the United States. Students who have already earned a degree and/or are starting a new major are still transfer students.
