The goal of the Internship is to train participants in industry relevant geospatial and STEM research projects. Participants will engage in cutting–edge research and be mentored by expert faculty at the BCC Geospatial Center of the CUNY CREST Institute and York College. They will learn research methodologies, ethics, data analyses, perform literature review, write technical reports, prepare manuscripts for potential peer-reviewed journal publication, and present research outcomes at conferences. Wherever possible an industry mentor will be included in the Internship. All interns will be provided guidance in applying for internships/jobs.
