The BCC Information Technology Service Catalog provides detailed information about services BCC IT offers to the College community. It helps frame future discussions about service strategy, and informs BCC faculty, staff, and students about:
- Services we offer
- How to obtain or order services
- What support or functionality is provided with each service
We hope the catalog helps you find services you need, see additional services you might like to use, and talk with us about potential new services.
For more information regarding the services, please contact the Technology Service Center at 718.289.5970 or tsc@bcc.cuny.edu.

The campus is transitioning to Voice-over-IP (VoIP) using Cisco, which let users make phone calls over the Internet by converting analog audio signals into digital data. Conversion to VoIP is necessary because legacy phone systems currently being used are no longer manufactured, and support is becoming a greater issue. As VOIP is being installed in existing buildings, some users are still using BCC's legacy phone system (Fujitsu).
For more information and to download reference guides for both the Fujitsu and Cisco phones, please contact the Technology Service Center at 718.289.5969 (Faculty & Staff).
BCC offers multiple WiFi networks to meet the needs of our students, employees, public guests, and visitors with legitimate business needs. The College WiFi network is available to all students and employees of BCC. You will use your BCC Bronco ID and password to access this wireless network. Once you authenticate to the College WiFi network, you do not need to log in again, unless there is a change to your credentials.
