About Us
The Information Technology Training Office (ITTO) offers a variety of technical training with the purpose of transforming lives. These trainings will provide our students, staff and faculty the necessary tools to enhance their technical skills to succeed and launch meaningful careers.
Registration is required for all trainings. Please use your BRONCO ID to register (FirstName.LastName and password).

For Students
Your Bronco ID is used to access your BCC Email, OSSES, Pharos Pay-for-Print, Starfish, the Wi-Fi network, BCC laptop device loaner, Simplicity, SAP appeal application, BCC app, e-Portfolio, BCC library, and to log into the public computers on campus. In this training, you will learn how to claim, reset, and change your Bronco password.
Apporto Offers remote access to Instructional Software applications over the internet. BCC also offers remote access (BCC VDI) to Instructional Software.

MS Word is a word processing application which allows users to create and edit documents. Word is part of MS Office suite. In this training, you will be able to create documents, resumes, cover letters, research papers, activities. With Power Point, you will be able to create presentations. MS Excel is a spreadsheet editor developed by Microsoft. Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management. Is one of the applications of MS office 365 suite. With this training, you will have the ability to create, analyze and design tables using spreadsheets.

CunyFirst is the first-place students, faculty and staff should go to find information about CUNY wide application and services. It enables students to manage their academics and financial accounts. Students can change their contact information, use degree works, view class schedules, make tuition payments, and access transcripts. CunyFirst gives faculty additional tools to enhance their interaction with students. It is also designed to give staff members access to modules that connect with their finance, student records, and human resources functions necessary to operate the universities.

Microsoft Outlook is a mailing and calendaring app that is a part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite. Outlook email also allows users to manage contacts, tasks, share calendars, set up ZOOM, TEAMS meetings, set up group emails amongst others. With this training, you will learn how to set up your Outlook in devices, such as laptop, desktop, mobile devices.

Zoom is a communication platform that allows users to connect through video, audio, phone, and chat. To connect to Zoom you will need internet connection and supported device such as laptop, desktop, mobile phones, camera, speaker, microphone.

BCC offers a device loaner program which allows students to loan a device to complete their semester. In this training, you will learn how to submit a request for a laptop loaner, as well as how to exchange and return devices.

Camtasia is a software used for audio and video editing. In this training, you will learn the basics of this software. Creating a video saving and editing, convert into .mp4 and uploading it in BB or Brightspace.
