For All Organizational Entities (Divisions, Units, and Departments/Offices)
Year 1 Summer:
· Create and/or Revise Mission Statement
· Create Goals and Expected Outcomes (determine if expected outcomes support higher level entity strategic plans)
· Create Measure(s) for each Expected Outcomes
· Create annual Target for each Measure
· Enter information into the Assessment Plan Template/send it to the Assessment Office
Year 1 Fall Semester:
· Collect findings/results for all measures related to the appropriate expected outcomes
· Enter information into the Assessment Plan Template/send it to the Assessment office
Year 2 Spring Semester:
· Create Action Plan for each Expected outcome from Year 1 based on evaluation
· Evaluate current expected outcomes, measures, targets, and findings. Determine need for modification.
· Review/edit Mission Statement
· Review/edit/create Expected Outcomes (determine if expected outcomes support higher level entity strategic plans)
· Review/edit/create Measure(s) for each Expected Outcomes
· Create annual Target for each Measure
· Enter information into the Assessment Plan Template
Year 2 Summer:
· Review Action Plans
· Create Action Plan Follow-Ups for each Action Plan
· Collect findings/results for all measures related to the appropriate objective
· Write your assessment report
