Get an Early Start
The primary reason for early and continuing transfer planning is to ensure that your degree program and curriculum are consistent with your future career or educational plans. Waiting until the last semester may limit your options or result in the loss of credits.
Articulation agreements and other partnerships are excellent tools for transfer planning because they provide a course of action for students, including an outline of the most appropriate courses to schedule. Furthermore, some articulation agreements encourage students to continue in the same course of study they started at BCC, while others gear students toward a particular career or educational pathway.
