The Campus Service(CS) coordinates auxiliary and campus services to provide seamless access to services and products and to provide a student campus experience that rivals an “away” experience. The center provides a central point for coordination and manages the Campus Card Program and monitors auxiliary and client service contracts including: duplicating, virtual bookstore, CUNY store, food services, vending, print, parking pass, charging stations, cash management stations and the BCC ID.

Services
Lobby of Roscoe Brown Service Center
Faculty and Students can use any college computer to access the Virtual Bookstore; however, stations have been provided in the Campus Service Center to facilitate book or Spiritwear orders. Students can pay for book orders with their Bronco Bucks or dedicated dollars. Students can order books from the Virtual Bookstore and have the items delivered to the Campus Service Center. Student who need to return a book can work with CSC Staff to ship the return.
A stored value account provided by the college and administered by the Campus Service Center
Funds may be added to the Bronco Account at the Cash Management Stations located in Campus Services, the Meister Hall Lobby, the Colston Hall Lobby and on the first and second floors of the North Hall & Library Building.
The Duplicating Department provides a variety of printing, booklet making and binding services.
The Duplicating Department is located in Community Hall, Lower Level.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Campus Service Center and Human Resources coordinate the verification and issuance of ID Cards and the associated User Access.
Receive, sort and deliver mail on campus, also arrange pickup from postal service and other delivery vendors.
Parking permits for students, faculty and staff can be purchased using the Bronco Card in Campus Services.
The Campus Service Center can assist with charging station issues and is also available to assist with recharging your phone.
Bronco Bucks are accepted in the Campus Service Center to pay for postage.
Spiritwear is available through the CUNY Online Store or at the Campus Service Center.
The campus service center will support graduation ticket distribution.
The Campus Service Center administers the Vending Machine Program and can provide support or answer questions.
