Online Student Complaint Process
At Bronx Community College, we want all our students to have the best possible educational experience. This includes fully online students, regardless of where they live.
We encourage all students with a complaint to first attempt to resolve the issue with faculty or staff directly. If this has not resolved the issue, students may to reach out to our director of online learning, Dr. Jordi Getman-Eraso at jordi.getman@bcc.cuny.edu. Students may also engage our student ombudsperson, Dr. Stephen Powers at stephen.powers@bcc.cuny.edu.
If a resolution has not been achieved after taking the above steps, students may contact the CUNY Office of the General Counsel as follows:
