Protect the Hall of Fame
Built in 1900 by renowned architect Stanford White, the Hall of Fame for Great Americans is a National Historic Landmark and a treasured oasis on the Bronx Community College campus. We are raising funds for the most urgent of these repairs, which will require $1.2 million. The “Protect the Hall of Fame” initiative is BCC’s effort to raise critical funds to restore and historic site.

The Kalief Browder Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship honors the BCC student whose three year Rikers Island imprisonment without trial at age 16 raised a national clamor for criminal justice reform. The scholarship will be awarded to full time BCC students who, like Kalief, are working hard to transform their lives after incarceration. Support for the fund will help to permanently endow the scholarship and ensure that those following in Kalief’s footsteps have the support they need for years to come. The Retiree Legacy Society
The goal of the Retirees Legacy Society will be to collectively fund a scholarship and needed student resources, while providing opportunities for retirees and long term faculty and staff members to come together throughout the year. Through this effort we not only continue to impact the lives of our students, but we will preserve our connections with each other as well.
