Property Management
The primary function of the Property Management Office is the managing and safeguarding of Bronx Community College’s capital assets. Operationally, the office is responsible for the tagging, inventorying, tracking and monitoring of all assets, and the maintenance of accurate property control records. The Property Management Office is also responsible for the ultimate removal and disposal of all obsolete capital assets, consistent with applicable rules and regulations.
Receiving and Stores
The Receiving and Stores department handles the receiving and inspecting of incoming purchased goods to Bronx Community College; goods acquired for the Stores are retained and distributed to the College departments through a formal requisitioning process while goods acquired for and by specific departments are promptly delivered to those departments.
